It had been 17 years since I had my last tattoo (which is a 4 inch dragon) and Ive been wanting some new ones but kept putting it off because I can be a scaredy cat at times. I decided to do my research on what i wanted which was a Scorpion to cover a back scar and a "bite me" tattoo. Ive heard great things about Brickhouse tattoo and let me tell you: I'm so glad I found them!! My tattoo gal, Cat Houngsombath was great!! I've been to Brickhouse twice now, and I'm so impressed every time. I've only been to one artist-Brendon (he is great!), but I've observed 3 other artists and all of them are very nice, professional and clean! Their shop has lots of large windows so there is plenty of natural light-which I think is unique for any of the shops I've been to. They all work off Instagram, so you'll have to look up the work and connect with the artist to book a session. LOVE this place! I went to two different shops one day after searching online for my next artist. Striking out twice not liking the artists I talked to I was feeling defeated when I drove past this little brick tattoo shop. I said what the hell let’s see what they got.. went in and was greeted by the owner. I looked through the books and couldn’t decide! They were all great! But I picked the man that greeted me. I could tell he had talent even though the style I wanted wasn’t his usual style I knew he would kill it and he did! I couldn’t be happier with my first one and going back for more!!
