Bella is a MASSAGE GURU. As a hairstylist and ex Dancer I had A LOT of trouble areas. I was expecting pain and hardly any progress because that’s realistic. She proved me wrong! I feel so relaxed and so much more less body stress. She even does cupping the which helps the super stubborn knots. Benessere Fresno offers a relaxing environment, complete with a meditation room to relax and re-center in.I was initially a bit skeptical about acupuncture, but after seeing Elena for treatment following a leg injury I highly recommend this to everyone! After the injury, she helped relieve the pain and reduce my swelling when over the counter medications and ice were not working. I eventually had surgery and Elena helped manage the post-operative pain with herbal soaks and acupuncture treatments had me up and walking again in no time.
