Making funeral arrangements for a loved one is never an easy process. I was calling different funeral homes in the Fresno area on December 21,2018 to prepare for my grandfathers passing. On December 22nd my grandfather unfortunately passed away. I mistakenly made arrangements with another funeral home in Fresno. The other funeral home was unresponsive and never picked up my grandfather's deceased body or contacted me as to why.At 7pm on Saturday I contacted Abbey Funeral & Cremation Services.
