My son and his friend were on a road trip when they encountered an issue with the ignition lock on his Toyota 4Runner. As two sets of parents, we were trying to figure out how to get the issue addressed and squared away so that our sons could return home safely and as quickly as possible. Amazing guy! He stayed in contact with me the whole time and provided super quick and thoughtful service. I wasn't able to be present for him cutting me a new car key fob, but he called me to keep me updated throughout the whole process. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his craft and he's great at it!
