We just completed having a new roof installed by Western Roofing Systems. Roscoe and his team did a wonderful job. Exceptional customer contact with Roscoe before, during and after the job. His crew was very professional and left the property clean and neat each day and after the work was completed. My brother-in-law is a roofer in Colorado and commented that they did the job right using materials he would have recommended. My strongest recommendation for Western Roofing.

These guys installed our wonderful Stone coated steel metro tile roof back in 2012. It was an awesome experience. Now, 7 years later, the roof is still beautiful and has never leaked! We are looking to do solar and these guys have been helpful, knowledgeable, and so kind to spend time with me to find the right people and equipment to install solar panels without ruining our roof. A big shout out to Mike L. and Roscoe! Highly recommend these very competent roofers.

After 1 year, we are nothing but delighted with our new roof, and give Western Roofing Systems two thumbs Up! This replaced a cedar shake roof at end of life that had been leaking for 4 years. We obtained quotes from 4 contractors for (from lowest to highest price) composite, concrete tile, cedar shake and standing seam metal. Though the most costly of the alternatives - 30% higher than either cedar shake or tile - we chose to go with standing seam metal. Reasons: longest life by far (50 years+), lowest maintenance, low weight, contemporary look and curb appeal. (All metal panels are fabricated onsite to precise measurements using a huge forming machine mounted on a large flatbed truck. Quite the process to watch in operation!) This past 2018-19 wet winter has been the test: - Zero leaks - even in the hog valley that separates house and garage - Negligible fall leaf build-up in the gutters - Pleasant surprise: less noise during rainfall than a shake roof. That was an initial concern. As the installation process first applies an underlayment and and then a synthetic cushioning membrane, noise is dampened. - We recommend roof panels with "striations" (barely visible bends along the length of each panel) to prevent deformations in the metal surface on hot days ... doesn't cost any more Toni and Troy Miller, and Raymond were easy to work with, prompt, explained everything carefully, and answered all questions patiently. The crew (tear-off is outsourced; not the same crew) was excellent. Got the whole job done in 5 days, compensated for roof sags (typical in older homes after 30 years), great attention to detail, and used pole-mounted magnets to pick up screws from the driveway when finished. To be sure, metal roofs are expensive. Yet in our experience we are thoroughly pleased with the choice of standing seam metal, and Western Roofing Systems.
