Called to have technician install new portable AC unit. Left voicemail, received no callback.

This company replaced my old furnace for a new one because they suggested to get a new one since it's was time to replace it. I agreed to get a brand new furnace. So Weeks go by and suddenly I went in to check the filter and saw that it was actually my old furnace. So I decided to call another company to come and Check all the parts to see if it actually was a new furnace. So the technician noticed that most parts were old and and had just changed a part to make it work. I'm very disappointed about that company. I have prof of the serial number from my old furnace to this "new furnace they installed as a brand new one that I got charged" I checked... read full review
