I visited John yesterday for the first time and I'm in AMAZED at the results after the first visit. I have been struggling with severe back pain and limped my way into his office and practically skipped out an hour later. His knowledge of the human body, how everything connects and interacts and affects other areas of your body is second to none. He is keenly aware of what keeps bodies running at their best. John spent time explaining how the work he was going to do would provide relief and then worked his magic. I suffered with heel pain. Tried everything and nothing worked. I went to John and he used massage and the Rossiter stretching method and I finally found relief!This is more than just massage therapy. Rossiter is a 2 person stretching method. John applies pressure while you stretch.This stimulates blood flow to the affected area. It really does help. It’s nice to walk again and be pain free.
John has been wonderful. I had a frozen shoulder in one shoulder, and then, about six months later, in the other shoulder as well. My mobility was so limited I couldn't even put on a jacket without assistance and the pain so constant that I would have to sleep in an upright position. Frozen shoulder can take months if not years to work itself out. John was honest in his assessment, and didn't promise a miraculous cure, but my sessions with him have helped tremendously. I have more mobility and can sleep at night thanks to John.
