“My facialist is Vivian. I'm so lucky to have her. I purchased a 10 facial package and I'm on my 5th time at least which is why I can form a consistent opinion on the quality of the service. This place is mostly Asian clientele who visit, and that's what I was looking for because I want to find an Asian facial place that knows what Asians want in a skincare. Vivian starts the facial with a cleanse and then steam to open your pores, then the exfoliation and extraction starts. I don't have too many clogged pores so I can't attest to how her extractions are, but I know she is gentle in her extractions - although a little painful. She then goes to massage your face and your neck and even your hands. I really enjoy it. The entire process lasts about 1.5 hours. Once I was on a long haul flight (10 hours+) and those flights completely dry out my skin. The next day when I got home, I went to see Vivian and she was able to help stabilize my skin and moisturize it so that it calms down. Neither Vivian nor any of the other ladies have ever tried to sell me anything other than the facial package. I like that because I don't feel pressured to buy something every time I go into the beauty store. The place is clean and quiet and the price is reasonable for the service you get. There are 3 ladies there - Vivian, Joanna, and Janney. I know all of them and all of them are super nice and fun to talk to once you get to know them. I would highly recommend my friends to go there for the fair price, service, and quality of the ladies. I go without fail once per month. You can either text or call them at the number listed to reserve appointment. Please note that you are expected to tip 15-20% for each appointment.“
