Had a great experience today. I walked in like the beast, but left like Beauty. I was in desperate need of some weed whacking'. Scarlett is a sweetheart. Very friendly, warm and bubbly! It's been a whiiiiile since my last wax and I was nervous. She kept checking to me, making sure I was ok. Checking to see if the wax temperature was comfortable for me and talked to me just to keep me relaxed in general. She is awesome! I think I found my new wax place and wax person! Skin Deep Beauty is just a couple blocks from my work, so it's extremely convenient for me. The space itself is very cute and cozy! Bright natural lights, very clean and organized. I loved the furry faux fur rugs on the floor too. I also appreciate that she went over the after care with me in detail

I took my teenager for a Teen Facial, it was also a discounted rate for the service. Scarlett was very thorough during the entire process. She put my teenager who never had a facial at ease. She was very educational during the process. She explained the products she used, and what the purpose was of each products. She was great at setting the expectation of the process flow. Once Scarlett was done with his facial his acne prone face , he had an amazing instant glow - She left off with detailed home care instructions that were easy for both of us to understand.

I was referred by a colleague of mine to try the services offered at Skin Deep Beauty. I booked an appointment and received confirmation. She was so nice sweet and patience. I absolutely love and admire how knowledgeable she was and she explained every step of the process for me!!! Definitely will be coming back! I got a Brazilian wax. Overall a wonderful experience, and would highly recommend!
