It was an estate to be divided among four of us with some of the disputes that are expected , no greed just my sister from out of state thought every home in California is worth at least a million. “Keiko is a force of nature. I had no idea I was getting both Property Brothers rolled into one petite package! When I decided to have her sell my property, she took charge and transformed it into something I could have never imagined. If I had ever need anything, they are responsive and always doing the right thing. There was a payment issue from the post office mis-sorting mail, Balch took the time to closely monitoring the process to ensure missing payment was not affected in delinquency. Knowing it was not Balch's responsibility in the post office error, I'd find it comforting to work with a property manager that cares so much about their business and their tenants.“
