“I don't know why I didn't post sooner but James sold my mothers home a couple of years ago . He was fun ,straight forward and hard working. It was an estate to be divided among four of us with some of the disputes that are expected , no greed just my sister from out of state thought every home in California is worth at least a million. My moms was old and run down. James was patient while we tried prices that we all new [except my sister] were unrealistic and eventually came to a price that sold. If I had ever need anything, they are responsive and always doing the right thing. There was a payment issue from the post office mis-sorting mail, Balch took the time to closely monitoring the process to ensure missing payment was not affected in delinquency. Knowing it was not Balch's responsibility in the post office error, I'd find it comforting to work with a property manager that cares so much about their business and their tenants.“
