I've been coming here for years and today I was very disappointed. I came in at 6:43pm and the door was closed and the lady inside signed to me that they're not taking anymore guests because there was two people inside waiting and then she didn't even bother to look at me after and just ignored me waiting by the door. Mind you they close at 7pm. Very disrespectful. You just lost a loyal customer and I will never be returning here again.
Me and my husband have been coming here for YEARS. I've been coming here since they were doing $5 eye brow threading. But today, my husband came in and got his brows threaded. However, the lady that helped him was super aggressive from the start before he even sat on the chair, and also to the point where the thread cut through his upper lid (it was bleeding a little) and he didn't notice until he got inside the car and he didn't want to address the concern to them, but it seem like that lady was already having a bad morning and took her frustrations out on my husband.
I went in for eyebrow threading this evening and Manu did my eyebrows. I went in with a good eyebrows that just needed to be cleaned and specifically told her DONT make them thin and keep my arch, but she did NOT listen and made them round and thin!! I reminded her twice during the process to please slow down and don’t remove too much hair. I grew my eyebrows for 2 months!! Please HIRE better staff or you’ll lose your entire clientele. It’s sad that their old employees have left, this place just lost a 4 year old customer.Warning all my friends who go here!
