Fernando recently replaced a defective fan located inside my Lenovo laptop. Fernando worked and communicated with me closely during the entire process, starting from the time I first reported the problem. After listening to my description of the problem, Fernando promptly placed an order for a replacement fan, informed me when the replacement fan arrived (only 3 days later), and then successfully replaced the fan the same day it arrived. The entire process only required four work days. Fernando is to be commended for providing fast, professional, courteous, and effective service.

So my hard drive crashed on my work computer. I dropped it off on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving...they informed me that the hard drive crashed and we then proceeded to order a new hard drive. They called me on Friday to tell me that the hard drive wouldn't arrive in time and I rushed one over from Best Buy for them to install and configure. All in all a good experience and great communication.

Had a problem with a brand new Lenovo laptop, took it to MultiScope as they are a local Lenovo authorized service provider. Friendly staff. Prompt service. Communicative and explains clearly what needs to be fixed. Took the computer in on a Saturday and had it back within a week. I hope I don't have anymore problems with my computer, but if I do, I will not hesitate to come back to these guys.
