Better than Apple!! They are authorized repairs and make the experience smooth, efficient and saves heck of a lot of time too. Being local with no crowds to navigate like an Apple Store is perfect. Anoop made the experience smooth with impeccable, professional service. Wifi while you wait and my Apple approved battery replacement was done in 30-40 minutes! I have been here several times and this will always be my number 1 choice
Great place to get your iPhone repaired, it is much easier to go the MK then to any of the Apple stores. The repair person knew what he was doing and kept me updated the progress. I will never go back to Apple Store again.
Under warranty, had a keyboard replacement done by Mobile Kangaroo. Diagnosis was immediate, work was done within the estimated time, and my Macbook Air looked and felt new when it was returned. This is about the fifth time someone in our family has used MK and each time the service has been timely, knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Big Cheers!
