My daughters have been coming to Mission Dance since they were 3 and 4 years old. In their first year at this dance studio, my 3 year old would have melt downs weekly during the first half of the year and refused to attend her Kinderdance class. Kelsy, her instructor, along with Amanda, the office manager, used different methods to encourage (and coax) her to attend and participate class every week. Kelsy was always patient and has even held her hand and carried her around so she could partake in the class. I came on to update my review as my daughters are still attending this studio and was shocked to see someone bad mouthing our teacher Miss Amanda. My daughters both took classes with her for 3+ years and now my niece takes kinder class with her on Saturdays. She's still and excellent teacher and her classes have and still are full since the beginning of the season. My kids got their recital costumes recently and are looking forward to the June performance! Everything is very organized and parents are kept up to date on all info.

My daughter has been attending MDPA for almost 8 years, she is now on the competition team. SHE LOVES IT! It is a fabulous dance studio with excellent teachers, who are not only amazing at teaching dance technique but kind and caring people. We consistently place in the top at all our competitions and what I like most about our competition program is that it is focused on dance and encouraging growth in our children as good people. No dance drama! The office manager, Ms. Amanda keeps things extremely organized and the owner, Ms. Donna has been owning the dance studio for years and VERY experienced in all things dance.
