We had a death in the family and the Going Home celebration of services and burial were held at Lima. I am so impressed with their facility and the entire staff, especially Kim. The facility is very intimate so it was dedicated to our family for the whole day for both the viewing and the funeral. The day of the viewing they had two rooms for serving food and drinks and plenty of space for family to gather. Their AV system is piped in thru the building with many screens for a slideshow and music. They provided plenty of easels for remembrance photos. My Grandparents and parents are buried next to each other here. I attended all of their wakes and funerals here. The staff were so kind and sensitive to me and my family. They're able to balance being professional and sympathetic. I've always sang their praises when asked about our experience with them. The staff at Lima Milpitas-Fremont Mortuary are very friendly, accommodating, helpful beyond their duties. Knowledgeable with all their products and services. And they give suggestion, ideas and input to everything that the customer needs to help accomplish completion of all funeral services and cemetery needs.
