10/10 excellent!! They converted an empty space (literally just dirt) into a beautiful functional backyard, all in 2 weeks! I loved the straightforward process, from start to finish. No flowery business, no unnecessary airs like those APLD snobs!! Towards the end, there was a slight hiccup, but it was promptly addressed and voila! our lovely new backyard project was complete. Special shoutout to the awesome team of gentlemen who did all the work- they are real artisans! They also bring their own porta potty, so that's really convenient too! ;) All in All- highly recommend.
The recent renovation project with Koch delivered features that transformed our backyard living to a new and exciting beginning! Tyler York helped us with the design of paver layout, shrub relocation, and the repurpose of existing stoneware into a retaining wall. Rob Cremer and his crew efficiently implemented new piping around all the pavers to support the shrub relocation as well as any future piping change requirement. This gave us total peace of mind.

Everyone at Koch and Associates made our backyard project a breeze. Tyler designed the perfect space and Rob put together a huge group of the hardest working laborers I've ever seen. There were no delays, everything and everyone showed up precisely when they were needed. Demo to final walk-thru took only a week and a half! All parties were responsive, respectful, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend
