Promila is a powerhouse of knowledge, which she is very gracious to share with all her clients. She never pushes you to try expensive facials, if your skin doesn't need them. She has only taken her experience and knowledge a notch above by introducing her own products, which I absolutely love!
Once I found her, I've never felt the need to go to any other esthetician for a facial in Bay area. Even when I travel overseas, I don't let anyone else touch my skin.
