TL;DR advice: if you are reading the reviews to make a decision, give this clinic a try. More context: My wife had an emergent back pain today and we called Dr. Joly on a Thursday, was told by his assistant that it’s his day off. We were rejected by many other clinics for making same-day, last min reservation. We were hopeless. However, to our surprise, Dr. Joly called us back within 2 mins, giving us free medical advices over the phone, and was willing to come into the office to treat my wife on his day off. It really says something about this doctor - a caring person who’s willing to step outside of the box for his patients!
