This review is long overdue! I stumbled upon this Pilates gem like a lost treasure hunter shortly after moving to Niles in 2016, and boy, am I glad I did! From the moment I waltzed into the studio, I knew I was in for a treat – and a workout!The instructors here are like Pilates wizards, waving their magic wands (or maybe just resistance bands) and ensuring every move counts. Five months ago, I reluctantly started doing Pilates primarily to improve my health. My cholesterol was high to the point of almost needing medication. Incredibly, in just a few months, my cholesterol has gone down 36 points and my blood pressure is down too! As someone who hates working out, I can't believe I love Pilates. And honestly, it's not just the Pilates, it's the whole team of instructors, particularly Jen and Janet. This experience has far surpassed my expectations and the health benefits are fantastic. I highly recommend it!
