“It's never easy when you hear that a loved one needs to go into hospice care. Sequoia called me to discuss options and what would lie ahead. They coordinated my mom's care with the care home where she would be staying and the nurse met with us to make sure that we understood everything. We were kept informed after the nurse's visits and he always made sure that any questions that we had were answered. Sequoia contacted us several times to make sure that we ourselves were doing okay. “I have used personnel from St Joseph's a few times while recovering from knee and hip surgeries. I have found their RNs, physical therapists, and home health aides all generally experienced and professional and courteous and just excellent at what they do. I will continue to request them after surgeries. There was only one home health aide that seemed to be less experienced and I had to explain things to her.“
