*** UPDATE *** I'm happy to share that Fuse later provided a very detailed update for my project, and I decided to proceed with installing a Daikin heat pump in our house. Frank was instrumental in defining the project and ensuring everything was executed seamlessly. The installed units are impressively quiet and highly efficient. In December, we saw a significant reduction in heating costs, going from $3/day with our gas furnace to just $1/day using electricity from Silicon Valley Power--all while keeping the entire house at a comfortable 73°F. My HVAC system went south after 26 years. I called three HVAC companies and choose Fuse HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing. Cuinn the Fuse Estimator was polite and gave me the best price a great warranty and more for my money out of the other two companies which was great! They ordered the parts made an appointment Alexander and his helper came to to install the HVAC system and did a great installation and was very polite and was very conscious of what they were doing and how they treated my house. I would recommend Fuse HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing. Also the staff Norah and Melanie was always nice and polite too.
Nick at Fuse was fantastic. he did a terrific job and was very reasonable. he even came out on Christmas Eve to fix my heater with no extra charge. I can't recommend hem enough!
