Got a surgery here on my knees a few years ago and the follow up rehab process was almost non existent.
Today I tried calling in to get my records of what they did so I can give to new surgeon because I need surgery again.
The receptionist transferred me to another department where I could not leave a Voicemail. How am I supposed to get my records this way?
I attempted to call back multiple times and I’m sure through caller ID she intentionally did not pick up the call because she does not want to do her job and assist a client who has given them their business.

I’m calling from the morning to reschedule appointment one guy picks up says hello and then he never speaks. One of the worst healthcare provider
