We had a fridge problem, the technician came, did the diagnosis. The repair happened a few days later. It would be five stars for that. But there fridge was not 100% yet.And now the problems started. Uppon realizing we were calling as returning customers, they would give us excuses. They would call us back later to ghost us for a couple of days. I even had to give all my info again for a new appointment. And at the end they still give us some excuse to not show up. I would give one star for customer service.Since they only wanted to solve half of my problem. I'm giving the average of my two reviews. And I am moving on with another repair company.

I have good experience with this company on my recent dishwasher repair. They have clear communications to set expectations. They have been on time, good diagnosis of the issue, and fix the problem.
