Massively helped me out in a really sticky situation! went above and beyond to pick up my car and get it MOT’d just because the finishing cost was slightly more than what i was quoted. would definitely recommend and use again. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! I know bally for years, and he is the only professional I trust when it comes to my car repair. He is not just very honest, but he never takes advantage like other repair shops, his prices are fair. I'm always impressed with his knowledge. He finds quickly what the issue is and fix it!!! I have brought my BMW with an AC problem and he fixed it quickly, and another car once with another issue. I would recommend Fig Tree to anyone that wants to avoid the stress to deal with very expensive or dishonest repair shops. Thank you Bally for your great service!!! .
