ESPT was my first experience with physical therapy. Dr. Kim and her team of highly qualified learning professionals assessed and developed a plan to heal my wrist injury that had stopped getting better on its own. Over the course of a few visits, ESPT took me from intermediate pain on many daily tasks to absolutely zero discomfort by teaching me how to properly use my wrist in addition to leading me through strength training exercises. I am overjoyed by the progress I was able to make under their guidance. Thank you, Dr Kim (and Cherise, Jordan, and Nami)!
I learned about ESPT via a recommendation from Stanford's Ortho department. The team here is really awesome! Their office is clean and well-stocked with gear, Dr. Kim Huey (the owner and lead PT) and her team are extremely friendly and competent, and I've been able to make quick progress with their help in my recovery from a torn Achilles tendon. Highly recommended.
I really appreciate coming here because this office prides itself on confirming your coverage with your insurance so you won’t end up with surprise bills that you find out you signed a doc saying type responsible for covering. I have a PPO and it’s very atypical to require authorization but Cherise, the front desk person, checked with my insurance and even they were surprised to find that I food need an authorization… so she worked with them to get the authorization worked out for me and didn’t schedule me until that was completed. On top of that have had great experiences with attentive PTs and Cherise is also calling my insurance on my behalf to get more appointments... read full review
