I believe that Dr. Cohn is a professional, knowledgeable doctor. But poor time management. Let me describe it: I was scheduled for an appointment at 10:30am. Apparently I was the first patient. That day I spent 2 hours to get to his office (coming from Sacramento). I arrived at the location at 10am. And, surprise...his office was closed. Right away checked open hours, it stated that they should be open from 8am. At 10:15 someone from inside opened the door. 10:30 an assistant arrived from some coffee shop with coffee for herself and for the receptionist. The doctor was not there yet at all. I’m worried about Dr. Cohn. I’ve been seeing him for years but no one answers the phone or responds to messages. One day, I even walked in and the office was closed in the middle of the day. What is going on? I hope you are okay Dr. Cohn?

Doctor Cohn was very thorough, competent and reassuring. He patiently explained the issues to me, and I didn't feel rushed. His diagnosis was subsequently confirmed by a retina specialist.
