I hired Deckmasters to perform seimic retrofitting under the EBB program. Mike and his team were very professional, clean, timely and had great knowledge of the EBB program which made the whole process really easy. I was able to have the work completed within weeks of being approved. Mike was very prompt in uploading required documents and approvals. I would highly recommend Deckmasters to anyone looking to perform EBB seimic retrofitting.

Right from getting the quote to completing the entire seismic retrofit project, Mike demonstrated high level of professionalism and on time commitments. Mike's quote for retrofit is comparable which included getting permits and uploading tons of documents onto the EBB portal.

Deckmasters is actually a great EBB contractor that a lot of people don't know about. I just had Mike and Justin do a seismic retrofit on my house. Mike is an excellent project manager - from the assessment to the city inspection, he is very professional and a great communicator. I've cited several contractors. Deckmasters was the most reasonably priced and got the job done as planned. My friend also had a seismic retrofit - we're all happy with Mike, Justin and the Deckmasters team.
