I've been using Bay Area Restoration for carpet and rug cleaning in our home for over 3 years now and I highly recommend them. Alex and his team are very courteous, professional and always on-time. Quotes are clear and pricing is consistent. They will always take time to do any spot cleaning (oil stains or pet stains) if you point it out to them. They also use a pet friendly cleaner so my dog doesn't need to be contained while it dries. We had a cleaning during the pandemic and the service is just as consistent/expected.

Alex fixed our carpet stain today by patching up the area. He was such a joy to work with -- he was extremely professional, friendly, communicative, and thorough. He went above and beyond to ensure our expectations were properly set before starting the work. He did a fantastic job. On a side note, he even helped me take away and toss a large old area rug. I will not hesitate to call Alex in the future for any carpet or flooring repair needs. I highly recommend Alex's services!!!

Just had my carpet lumps fixed and cleaned. Alex did a wonderful job and very quickly. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to restore and/or having their carpets cleaned
