Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be canceled without any penalty if done so at least one hour prior to the scheduled appointment time. If an appointment is canceled less than one hour before the scheduled time, a $10 cancellation fee will be applied. In case of unavoidable circumstances or emergencies, clients may request a waiver of the cancellation fee. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and a decision will be made at the discretion of the specialist.
