Sergio was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly assessed the issue and presented options for me to address the refrigerant leak in my HVAC system. He set up a follow up appointment for a coworker to visit and prepare a quote for replacing the unit.
Art came out for a quote to swap ac and furnace for a heat pump. He was great and very informative we look forward to possibly working with them in the near future. Definitely recommend them if your shopping around.
When I decided it was time to get air conditioning, and that I wanted a mini-split, I called AIS. They installed my wall furnace, and have kept it maintained for several years now, and have always done excellent work, so I knew they would do a good job on the air. Daniel Sokjik came out today to estimate the cost, and he was great - He arrieved on time, was very knowledgeable about the system, and answered all my questions. I confess to having a little bit of sticker shock on the price, but that's not unusual for me...the older I get, the more prices all seem too high...bottom line is I need some air conditioning, and this is a company I know I can trust.
