“Ms. Connie Tsai is one of the most genuinely kind, caring, attentive, skillful and dedicated acupuncturists that we know and experienced. My mom had a major surgery over a year ago and has been experiencing a lot of post-surgery health issues (primarily chronic pain and breathing problems). Ms. Tsai has been helping my mom for her chronic pain and her breathing problems for about 2 months now, and my mom now gets better and better and we now feel hopeful for my mom to be well again as we were at the point of feeling rather hopeless after having tried many different treatments before getting help from Ms. Tsai. I have been the primary caretaker of my mom since her major surgery, and it has been very challenging as I needed to change a lot of my life to accommodate such duty, Ms. Tsai also constantly encourages me and gives me advices to keep my spirit up. Dr Hi cannot do anything about western medicine not acknowledging or covering Acupuncture. Everyone should know this. You are lucky if you have insurance that covers this but that's your responsibility. This Dr works limited hours because he is retired and sometimes doesn't make enough to cover the rent. Let's help such experienced and sincere Drs. Dr only works to help people. I know this because before meeting him I paid nearly 3.5 times more.“

“I woke up one day with Bell's Palsy, a condition that cause a sudden weakness in the muscles on one half of my face. I was unable to move anything on that side of my face.
