I'm very thankful that he was the physician who took my case, because my patient experience was wonderful, ( and since I had no part in the selection of provider, it could have been much different ). Dr. Jacobs was very thorough with helping me understand my injury, and advising me with how to treat and manage the issues it caused me. He was also very welcoming, reassuring, friendly and listened attentively to any questions or concerns I had.
