I had a workers comp injury case which required me to visit Dr. Lee Jacobs here bi-weekly for a year. I'm very thankful that he was the physician who took my case, because my patient experience was wonderful, ( and since I had no part in the selection of provider, it could have been much different ). Dr. Jacobs was very thorough with helping me understand my injury, and advising me with how to treat and manage the issues it caused me. He was also very welcoming, reassuring, friendly and listened attentively to any questions or concerns I had. For someone like me who dreads medical appointments, I feel lucky to have had such a positive experience with the multitude of visits I needed. I would highly recommend Dr.Jacobs.

I don't understand the bad reviews, you go to any health care facility and there is still a wait time regardless.. anyways! this was my first time coming to Pinnacle Health care and I had a fast and easy experience! She was very professional and explained everything throughly. The doctor called me to go over my Covid results and was straight to the point and easy to talk to. I will definitely go back and I've already referred other employees ! Thank you soo much Dr Dax for assisting me and you have an amazing professional staff!! Stay safe.
