“We were experiencing issues with out forced air heater turning on when it wasn't supposed to. We replaced the thermostat with a new one, and it still turned on by itself. We called three companies locally, and one recommended Ronzano. I had also heard the Ronzano name in other repair circles so I thought I'd give them a try. Of the four companies I called, Ronzano dispatched a technician that same afternoon. Luke showed up on time, called before he drove up, and had the issue fixed within 30 minutes. He found some wires crimped together that were shorting out. He made the repair, was courteous, clean, and respected our wishes about wearing shoe coverings on our rug.
