I had a workers comp injury case which required me to visit Dr. Lee Jacobs here bi-weekly for a year. I'm very thankful that he was the physician who took my case, because my patient experience was wonderful, ( and since I had no part in the selection of provider, it could have been much different ). Dr. Jacobs was very thorough with helping me understand my injury, and advising me with how to treat and manage the issues it caused me. He was also very welcoming, reassuring, friendly and listened attentively to any questions or concerns I had. For someone like me who dreads medical appointments, I feel lucky to have had such a positive experience with the multitude of visits I needed. I would highly recommend Dr.Jacobs.

We tore out an old vanity with a single sink to put in a new one with two. We quickly realized we did not have the skill set to install the additional plumbing, and put out requests on Yelp. Roma responded quickly, came out to the house to see the project, and gave us a bid on the spot. He was substantially less expensive than other bid we got (which was not going to be done to code). Roma sent two guys out to do the job, and they were efficient and polite, and did beautiful work! We had already shiplapped and painted, and they managed to cut out the shiplap where they needed to run plumbing, then put it back when they were done. All this happened at the beginning of the year, when Felton was getting hammered by the winter rains. We had to postpone the project twice due to the power being out, and Roma was entirely flexible with rescheduling. We will definitely contact Roma for future projects! Highly recommend!!!
I used Knowlton Construction after the Loma Prieta earthquake to do some major repair work to my other house. When our upstairs bathroom shower started leaking I searched for contractors and I was surprised Bill was still at it. He submitted a reasonable estimate in a timely manner. We had them upgrade the shower, replace the tile floor, add a vent and electrical outlet for the bidet. Positives: the project turned out very well. The plumbing and tile subcontractors did great work. His lead man, Patrick was competent (although a bit grumpy). Criticisms: Communication on the scheduling could have been much better, it took 5 months for completion, prices on change orders were not give, so I was surprised about some of the charges. It was taking so long, I actually did the finish plumbing, cleaning and touch up myself. I understand this was in the midst of the pandemic and Bill had some health and family issues, but that's a long time without the bathroom.Service: Bathroom remodeling
I love the girls here. I get my acrylics filled with Trish but I’ve also had flower and a few of the other gals and they all do a great job! I feel like the pricing is very reasonable. I’d recommend making an appointment because they are always very busy! I’ve never been hurt here or had my cuticles cut off. They shape nails really well and are open to the designs or color effects I bring in to try. I never have any communication issues here. Newly obsessed with this light pink chrome effect that was just done by Trish and Flower. It’s so pretty and pearlescent in real life ??? this is my fav nail salon in Watsonville.

Irma is very knowledgeable person, its well worth the money that you invest in your facial with her, she uses great tools and high quality products. My facial addressed everything from my clogged pores to my pigmentation. I had several facials in different places but nothing close to her facials my skin not only looks healthy and soft but it last weeks. Give your self a chance to treat yourself with a good quality facial you would not regret it.
