I placed my name with their annals with the scribing of my name, and why I was visiting this serene establishment. Next, I was graciously handed a clipboard with a short form to identify who I was. “I bring my kids here for medical, dental and ophthalmology and we’re happy with their service. My 14 year old daughter has seen Dr Rios a couple of times and he’s awesome. He speaks to her when asking questions, asks for my input when needed & he takes the time to explain what she needs to know so that she understands. He used a whiteboard to draw what he was describing.
They’ve been able to get us in the same day when the kids have been sick & we’ve never had a long wait time.
I don’t care for their mental health services though, My son has ADHD and used to do therapy there. Not impressed“

“Person I called about an walk in was amazing and helpful the staff was funny and comforting such amazing people the nurse was very friendly (male and female ) we even shared some laughs the doctor was a 50/50 she just assumed a lot of things but was straight forward and was fast with service also as a walk in I didn’t have to wait that long before I was seen so it worked out pretty well“
