“I love this company! They beat out all other bids for rain gutter installation by at least 75%! Get other bids and then call Masco. Ask for Sue Ann Miller. She'll send out the best people in the industry to install your new rain gutters. Today, I had John and Eusavio come out. Only 2 people came out and they finished 2 houses (one a 2 story) in less than 6 hours! John was very professional, courteous and helpful in suggesting where to put the downspouts. Eusavio also made some suggestions which saved a lot of time and money as well. I originally had Masco do my home house 2 years ago and I can't believe I forgot to Yelp them. Back then, it was Danny and Eusavio and a crew of 4, I think. Maybe because my house was a two story...Anyway, I was kind of apprehensive about the quality of work back then because of the low bid. My fears were allayed once I saw the quality of their work...AND they finished in under 3 hours! Both times, the workers explained what they were going to do and why. This is an excellent policy: imagine if you don't know what to expect when hiring gutter companies and other companies don't explain what they're going to do? I really can't speak for other companies; I'm sure they do good work. But I know, whenever I need contractor services, Masco is my first call. Make them your first call as well. They service all of Southern California. Oh, just to clear up some confusion, one of the workers told me Masco used to be Schmid Insulation Contractors. Masco took over and now they are great!“

They personally took me to a warehouses to select the materials and they had relationships with these warehouses so getting the materials ordered was very easy.

Another major advantage is that this company is Spanish-speaking, which was very helpful to me and my husband. Their knowledge of Santa Ana building codes was also very good, and they were always available to run down to the city to fill out any necessary paperwork. They handled all the permits and inspections, and sent the workers to my property on time. Building a home is stressful and I am so glad that I was able to have the Vasquez family handle all that stress.

Throughout the construction, there were issues like material shortages or blueprint issues and they were so quick to fix these problems. They have been in the business for a long time and they know how to fix any issues. I like that if I saw a mistake or an issue, l could give them a call and they would send someone to fix it right away; honest people!

So, if you are looking for a reliable, affordable, and honest contractor, talk to Sandra of Vasquez Construction. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I am thrilled with my new home. Many people have complimented our home and I am pleased with how it turned out.

“Excellent, painless process, from start to finish. Was looking into having a coffee shop built in Orange County, and had no idea where to start. I asked around, and someone told me about this company. I was told they built some wonderful looking shops in Disneyland. From the first call to this company, I was impressed. The women who answered the phone wasn't your typical airhead, that doesn't know anything about construction. She was very blunt, but polite at the same time. She answered all my questions, gave me pointers, suggestions, and set up a meeting with Sean and John. And just like that, I was sitting down with these guys, telling them my vision. They took their notes, asked questions, and layed a foundation out of what I was dreaming. They then set another appointment to come back after they did their research, and prints. It took a bit of time for the guys to finish their research, and I expected that. These things don't happen overnight, and there are a lot of things that need to be in order before permits can even be pulled. In that time, I also got another estimate, so I could compare the two. To make a longer story short, I ended up having Orchid proceed with my dream. And I have never been happier. Their workers are great, very detailed, and I was updated weekly with progress reports. Bottom line, if you want a company that handles everything during construction, this is the team you want. They turned my dream into a real life thing.
