I've been here since i was 15. So it's been over a decade of getting my facials here and going strong. I always go to the same esthetician. Her name is Co Lieu (room 4). She is the SWEETEST. She takes care of my skin and is always so friendly. Honestly, a big thank you to her that my high school acne phase ended a lot quicker than it should have. She will get every single white head and black head, too. Her attention to details is beyond comparable. Her time and skills are truly meticulous. At this point, she is like family to me since my mom has known her for over 20 years. I honestly don't know what I'll do if she ever retires, lol. I live in the Bay Area now, but whenever I go home to visit, I dedicate a spa day to myself. Whenever I call in, she always accommodate my schedule and is super excited to see me. I do microdermabrasion and facial with mask. If I am feeling fancy, I also get my eye lashes curled, which lasts 2-3 months. Whatever products they are using, it's definitely high quality. The appointments are never rushed and last about an hour and a half. Super worth your money!

I have milia under my eyes and a little on my lids. My cousin had taken hers out and referred Lucy. I made an appointment for the following Tuesday before noon as I wanted to dodge traffic going and coming. I have to say, Lucy has such beautiful skin. She is an older lady but her skin does not give that away. When I spoke to Lucy I told her I wanted to get rid of the milia. I opted to getting a facial and microdermabrasion. While inspecting my face she said she'll get rid of the "whiteheads". I was a little confused as I knew they weren't whiteheads but milia. But I figure as long as its gone, I'm fine. The facial was wonderful. It felt so nice and relaxing. The microdermabrasion also felt nice. And quite satisfying seeing how much gunk it took out from my nose. She even gave a mini head and shoulder massage. It's was perfect. I caught myself falling asleep every so often. Woke up by the sound of my snore. Hahahaha Then she started to get rid of the "white heads" by poking and picking at them. It wasn't painful. It just felt like a pinch. Some felt longer than others. At the end, she said I'll haven't o have it burned. Had I known, I would've had it burned in the first place. I decided to make another appointment to do that another day. I would go to Lucy just for the facial. My appointment was at 11:30 and I left there a little after 1pm. I paid $90 for the whole thing and gave a $20 tip. A plus: location is in the same lot as Brodard.
