UCI Health OB/GYN University Associates - Fountain Valley

My father died there. Physicians were cold, dismissive, and condescending. They refused to sign my father’s death certificate. My family spent countless hours on the phone trying to get answers in order to transport my father’s body to the funeral home. Anna Marie or Ava at the Emergency Department was rude and interrupted me multiple times when I was asking for information regarding my father. She even laughed in my face and mocked me. Vivian, charge nurse in ICU was arrogant, inconsiderate, and instructed me to stop calling. Worst hospital experience ever and will never recommend this facility to anyone.

Worst customer service!!! They changed your appointment without even bothering calling you. I am glad that I called one day in advance to learn that my appointment is rescheduled to another date without my awareness??? Such a waste of my time!!!
