Jake’s awesome. He listens to his customers needs and makes sure they are met. He’s super knowledgeable when it comes to physical therapy, sports training, even personally training. If you have a question, Jake probably has the answer
Total Motion Sports Therapy/Jake literally changed my life. At age 24 I had a back injury, going from a College Div 1 Athlete to not being able to walk without pain was debilitating. After going through a few different clinics that put me through the 'basics' without actually assessing my individual needs and being upset with the lack of progress I was making, I came across Total Motion Sports Therapy. Jake took the time to listen to my injury history, as well as make his own assessment of my mobility. Jake adjusted the exercises based on my pain levels and feedback as I continued to heal.
