Remix Wellness Studio is very nice, clean, and organized. Both Annmarie and Montree are great instructors and they make you feel very welcomed. Annemarie is very attentive and ensure we perform our poses correctly. But most importantly, both Annmarie and Montree made sure we all have fun and to leave each class with a good workout. I highly recommend this studio.
I am loving working out here. The workout is a perfect balance of strength, functionality, and balance-challenging but not crazy. And the people are great! Everyone is so friendly, mellow, and genuine. Ive been looking for a place to workout for a long time since COVID hit and have finally found my new home. :) And my husband says he can see more muscle definition after a month. It This place checks all the boxes.
If you are looking for a place to improve your mobility in a fun and welcoming atmosphere - this is the place!! The instructors are very knowledgeable and creative and make everyone feel so welcome. If you are dealing with a tender back or a few ailments you can still do the classes and get ideas on how to work through your issues. I bring my parents when they are visiting and they LOVE Remix! (We also bring our teenage athlete to see if he can keep up with his grandparents :) There is no other facility quite like it. Highly recommend!!!
