The customer service representatives have always been polite, professional, and helpful. Exterminators are very friendly and professional. I took away 1 star for inconsistent service quality because not the same person each time. Some didn’t clean the spider whip outside the house as it is part of the service or some would do a very quick and sloppy job. I have to watch them and point out their missed. Sometime they would over spray and left a puddles of solutions on the floor inside of house
Overall- the services provided are done quickly and as expected. There are certain limitations on how the application process is provided and that is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. Apparently the spray can’t be administered above eye level of individual administering service. We tend to get a lot of spiders in the gap between our vinyl fence topper and our brick wall. I wish that area would be addressed, but I guess it’s over eye level. The same issue with the small roof overhang around the perimeter of our house.
