The staff schedules appointments six days a week and with several excellent veterinarians aboard (we’ve seen Dr David and Dr Nguyen recently), they will see you and your pets ASAP.

Great prices, staff is super friendly, clinic is always clean, and although I have never left my furbabies overnight, I have seen many being picked up/dropped off. Pet parents seem very pleased and furbabies very content.. I have actually seen staff, with what I assume, are borders, in pet park/area at corner of parking. She's just a teeny 4lb chihuahua, so she's always skittish at first, but it was so nice that the area was anti-stress and that Tiffy takes one family's dogs at a time so they can roam around and feel comfortable with the area. It was very personable that there was a consultation in the beginning to see what the best fit for Twinkie was (and also that we got to personalize her fragrance). Took him/her and essentially found out that the bird was sick, liver shrinking, and dying due to its only seed diet that it had been fed prior to me taking over.

Dr. Nemetz did all tests necessary just to rule out other causes and did an excellent job, imho. I left with a ton of knowledge, medication and it felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.

The bird immediately adopted the pellet diet which was a good sign. Fast forward to today, the Amazon is in a much stronger state than it was before. I'm glad Dr. Nemetz was able to diagnose the root cause and point me in the right direction.“
