Excellent customer service. My neighbor got their siding glass door replaced and loved it so I gave them a call about windows and doors. He patiently explained my options for windows and got a quote for a new slider.
I am thrilled with my new Milgard windows that I purchased and had installed by Pacific Shores Windows and Doors!!! Not only were they less expensive than other companies I called, but the customer service was amazing. Jeremy and Jose were on time, friendly, and exceptional at installing them. I can't believe I waited this long for my house upgrade....I am so happy that I went with Pacific Shores and you will NOT be disappointed if you chose them as well:)
I just want to thank a woman I just spoke to on 7/17/24 at around 1pm. I'm sorry I don't remember your name. I called to see if they could replace a bowed window I have and she said their company can't but she offered me 3 different companies who may be able to help.
