Second time I've used them they have not let me down yet I really appreciate her professionalism and his knowledge they found my short answer is a couple other things I told her that wouldn't stop leaking thank you guys again
Called them on Sat to do a minor job of putting together two tv stands together. I spoke with a woman who then passed my info on to a gentleman who called me and scheduled a 5:30pm apt that night. I then got multiple texts that they were running behind which was not an issue as I was out running errands myself. They finally said they were on there way at 7:45pm, I go outside to let them in the gate when they get there and they just drove right past me and kept going. I called and text no response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!!
My experience with Little Giant Handyman Service was indeed satisfactory. I contacted initially to replace terribly old and rotten siding on two sides of my house, the other thing as to do some drywall repair on a water-damaged interior wall. I ended up also having them replace the gutters and downspouts on those same sides, and many more small repairs that I had been putting off for a very long time. From my experience there wasn't anything i thought at them that they didn't tackle. i would recommend Little Giant Handyman Service for any home projects or repairs.
