I love Dr. Xuan To, but the office staffs are so useless and beyond RUDE. My kid needs to see a Cardiologist but they kept requesting wrong Dr. and wrong facility. When I called the office, I tried to explain what happened, one of the guys who works there, rudely stated that he doesn't do referral so he can't do anything about it. I asked if he can take the msg and give it to the person who requested the referrals so they can update the info accordingly, he stated "We dont call back so you need to call back an hour later" I explained that I am a PA, I am running around to see patients as well, I cant call back as I am taking my break right now. He then put me on hold for a good 10 mins then told me "I just called them, they are open and I faxed over the referral so call them" I told him " I did call them, wrong facility because he is at different ones, not at that location that the referral was approved for so they refused to make me an appt" I told him I wanted to speak with Dr. Xuan To because this has been ongoing for too long... He started to yell at me, got defensive and hung up the phone. For the last 15 years being a PA at several doctors' locations, nursing faclities and hospitals... Never thought customer service would get this BAD and unkind.

We love doctor Le Duc Xuân tô . She very cares and professional. The bad things is her office staffs are sitting at the front desk Ms.Hanh. She treats clients rudely. She don't listen She loves to argue . She noisy and loud. She thinks she the boss. Doctor should fired her

Spoke with Kati at Reception and she was very rude and unprofessional. She got very upset with me asking questions about my medical exam. Thankfully The took over and assisted me with my queries.
