“Bradley Mechanical sent two technicians to repair my furnace after a competitor mis-diagnosed my furnace. The worker from the competitor informed me one or two parts needed replacing. He was not sure which part was not working and informed me the main office would contact me with the details. The worker also left his screwdriver inside the unit and did not replace the furnace cover!
