I looked for what seeemedl like the best place for me, without regard for location. I was willing to drive for quality. I couldn't believe there would be something close that was that good. Turns out there was. I train with Natalie, who is super nice, super supportive, and super knowledgable. She keeps track of what I've been doing, plans what I need to do, and encourages me to do my best. Barrett always has a smile and a hello, and I can't believe how comfortable I feel walking into a gym. It's not giganitic like the chain gyms, but has very well-maintained equipement, and plenty of it. I am so happy I found them!
I have to leave a review for my favorite place to go during the week.A small preface, I sustained a back injury from weightlifting in 2016 and had surgery in 2019 to relieve the pain of the disc bulge that had left me sidelined. Got back into weightlifting this year, April of 2023.I reached out to Barrett around July to help ensure my form was good and I was training properly. Although squats and deadlifts are never to be part of my regiment again, Barrett still helps me find ways to get the full body workout in every week, while avoiding any strain on my lower back.The atmosphere is very welcoming every time you walk in.
