Bradley Mechanical sent two technicians to repair my furnace after a competitor mis-diagnosed my furnace. The worker from the competitor informed me one or two parts needed replacing. He was not sure which part was not working and informed me the main office would contact me with the details. The worker also left his screwdriver inside the unit and did not replace the furnace cover! Diane from the competitor's main office informed me they discussed and reviewed photos of my older furnace and stated: "my furnace was not repairable". Diane attempted to sell me a new unit for thousands of dollars. I called Bradley Mechanical, spoke with Sam, and informed him of the previous diagnosis. Sam was up-front and indicated they would attempt to repair the unit but cautioned me about the previous diagnosis and possible repair scenarios. Bradley technicians Rocco and Carl arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes! They also found an issue with the capacitor on my blower and replaced it; I didn't even have to mention the occasional problem with the blower starting up....wow! Bradley mechanical are honest. They figured out my furnace problems and quickly made the repairs. Thank you, Bradley Mechanical

Highly recommend Bradley Mechanical. Paul serice technician was extremely knowledgeable and honest and fair with repairs. Paul saved me more money on items I thought needed attention or replacement and he evaluated and explained items weren't needed and no sense taking my money on unnecessary work. If you have home AC issue this company will do excellent work and be fair and transparent on price!

This outfit is the best. I tried them out for some custom exhaust ducting in our kitchen and they did a fine job and on time. Our next project was adding AC to our home. They weren't the cheapest but weren't the most expensive either. They came out with an honest quote with a couple of options. We chose the horizontal condenser unit which saved a ton of space on the side of our home. They came out a week after we gave them the green light and we had cold air the next day! We really liked "Gator" and his crew. Very professional...
