“This Master Cuts location provided me with world class service. I walked in and was immediately greeted with hospitality and positive vibes. My barbers name was Ivan, that man knows hair and the shop name describes his skills because the dude hooked it up with a fantastic cut that made my gf melt when she saw what he did to my hair. His attention to detail from my mustache, to the fade and then overall look with all his tools was top tier. If you need a new barber or want to try a different shop, I highly recommend you stop by Master Cuts in Fountain Valley. While Ivan was cutting my hair another guy Jerry was there (I think he was the owner maybe), either way the dude was funny. When he engaged with me, as he was tidying the shop, he made me feel welcomed and was telling some good stories that made me reminiscent of that classic barbershop atmosphere and yet with their own twist of professionalism that I truly appreciated. Masters of their craft, phenomenal staff, customer/gf approved...I'm looking forward to getting back here, thanks y'all for my new look.“

“Alex is hands down the best barber I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a LOT of different barbers. He gave me the best cut I’ve ever had while also giving me advice about my hair and letting me voice my concerns. My hair is wavy/curly which makes it difficult for many barbers to cut the top of my head. It was no problem for Alex because he actually understands how hair works and grows. He was highly skilled and gentle; my skin usually gets irritated after cuts but I had no redness at all after my cut here. I walked out of Philip’s barbershop happy because I had a clean fade, great 1 hour convo, and I didn’t break the bank. Also, just looking around as I was getting my cut, the other barbers were also doing an immaculate job and the vibe of the shop was perfect.

“I got the full works, got towel and head massage plus shampoo service. I already had short hair and just needed my mohawk cleaned up. My hairdresser took good care of me and was gentle with the whole process. She stayed in communication and would ask me questions about how i like my hair so there was no misunderstandings and my hair came out looking great at the end. The place is clean and i like all the TVs there. It made me feel like i was at the stadium behind the scenes about to come out and watch the game live. I will be returning for sure.“

“The guy who cut my hair was really nice and didnt seem to care that I was a trans man. The shop is decorated really cute and was fun. However they kinda totally messed up my hair and left an entire section uncut and way longer than the rest. I have to fix it myself now which sucks.“
